Premium Single Rooms are ideal for first-year students who want to feel part of the College community from day one. With a private, semi-furnished room and all meals shared in the Dining Hall, it’s the perfect balance of independence and belonging.

While you have the privacy of your own room, the surrounding wing and shared communal spaces make it easy to meet new people and build friendships. Each room includes a king single bed, study desk and chair, built-in cupboard and shelving, a mini fridge, and both a desk and bedside lamp. Reverse cycle air conditioning and secure entry ensure year-round comfort and peace of mind. Wireless internet and utilities are included. Shared bathroom and kitchenette facilities are just steps away.
All rooms are professionally cleaned weekly, with communal spaces serviced daily.

How are rooms allocated?
Premium Single Rooms are prioritised for students in their first year at university.
Room allocations are managed by senior staff and consider availability, academic needs, year level and community balance. Accessible rooms are available.
