Premium single room
Premium Single Rooms are ideal for first year students looking to make connections from the start. With a private, semi-furnished room and all meals shared in the Dining Hall, it’s the perfect way to feel part of College life. These rooms are comfortable, well-equipped and professionally cleaned weekly.
Premium single ensuite
Premium Single Ensuite Rooms offer a little more privacy, just steps from the action. With your own ensuite and nearby access to communal spaces, these rooms provide greater independence while keeping you connected. Each one is semi-furnished, light-filled, and professionally cleaned weekly.
Standard studio room
Standard Studio Rooms provide your own space, at your own pace. Ideal for students who prefer a self-contained setup, each studio includes a kitchenette and ensuite, with study space, built-in storage and a comfortable layout.

All rooms are located in our purpose-built residential buildings at Curtin University's Bentley Campus, opened in 2022. Designed to the highest standard in collegiate living, our facilities offer a unique blend of independence and community.
How are rooms allocated?
Room allocations are managed by senior staff and consider availability, year level, academic needs and community balance. Accessible rooms are available.
