  • Please bring:

    • Linen: sheets, pillows, blankets

    • Personal items: clothing, toiletries

    • Study materials and stationery

    • Decorative items to personalise your space

    • Formal attire for events such as the Welcome Reception, Valedictory Dinner and Formal Hall:

      • Cocktail dresses

      • Button-up shirts

      • Dress pants

      • Formal shoes (flat or heeled)

    Our annual College Ball takes place in Semester 2. It is a special night that calls for your best attire, whether that is a ball gown or a tuxedo.

  • You may bring your own or purchase a linen Starter Pack via the UniLodge Shop.

    • Animals are not permitted, though staff occasionally bring friendly dogs you are welcome to interact with.

    • Large furniture. Rooms are semi-furnished with a bed, desk, chair and cupboard.

    • Cooking appliances such as kettles, toasters and rice cookers are allowed in Studio Rooms. For safety reasons, these items are not permitted in Single Rooms.

  • You have four payment options:

    • Pay in full – one upfront payment

    • Quarterly – split into four equal instalments

    • Half-yearly – split into two equal payments

    • Fortnightly – recurring payments every two weeks

    • Fully catered meals (21, 14 or 7 per week)

    • Utilities and air conditioning

    • High-speed Wi-Fi (Curtin University and Curtin College students)

    • Cleaning (common areas daily, rooms weekly)

    • Academic and career programs

    • Access to Curtin gym and recreational facilities

    • Full calendar of social, cultural and sporting events

    • Wellbeing services

    • Membership in the College’s Bloom Program

    Note: The annual College Ball in Semester 2 is optional and incurs a separate fee.

    • Premium Single Room: Includes 21 meals per week

    • Studio Rooms: Includes 7 meals per week with an option to upgrade to 14 or 21 meals per week

    • Premium Single Room residents with 21 meals cannot downgrade

    • Studio Room residents with 21 or 14 meals can request to downgrade to 14 or 7 meals

  • Cooking or boiling water in Single Rooms is strictly prohibited due to fire risk and may result in costly call-outs. Communal kitchenettes are available for preparing snacks.

  • All Single, Ensuite and Standard Studio Rooms come with a King Single Bed (107cm x 203cm).

  • Yes, the mini-fridges include a small freezer compartment.

    • Premium Single Rooms and Standard Studio Rooms have balconies as optional. You can request one for an additional $10 per week.

    • All Ensuite Rooms have balconies included in the weekly fees.

  • Yes, every room comes with its own desk and you will also have access to multiple quiet and collaborative study spaces throughout the College.

  • Parking is not included in your fees. However, there is ample parking available at the College, managed by Curtin University. You can check the Curtin University website for current parking rates and zone information here.

  • You can choose the summer contract option. Otherwise, you must arrange alternative accommodation. Local options include:

  • Yes, you are welcome to send packages up to three to five days before you arrive. Please label them clearly with your full name. Use the following address for delivery: St Catherine’s College, Building 433, University Boulevard, Bentley WA 6102.

    If you are not using the shuttle, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber.

  • Our on-site laundry facility is equipped with washers, dryers and ironing stations. Machines operate via credit or debit card and you will need to bring your own detergent.
