Our Standard Studio Rooms are ideal for students who want a bit more independence while still enjoying the vibrant, communal life of College. Each studio is semi-furnished, professionally cleaned weekly and designed for a balanced university experience. Just bring your linen and anything else you need to make it feel like home.
Your space, your pace
Each Standard Studio Room offers a spacious 16.5m² layout, with some rooms featuring an additional 3.3m² balcony. You’ll have a single king bed, a dedicated study desk with lamps, built-in shelving and cupboards, and your own ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchenette includes a basin, microwave, hotplate and fridge/freezer, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals in your own time. Reverse cycle air conditioning keeps your space comfortable in every season, and secure entry plus wired and wireless internet provide peace of mind.
Comfort, connection and choice
Your room is professionally cleaned once a week, with communal areas serviced every weekday. Shared laundry facilities are also available. Accessible rooms are offered for students with disability.
Choose the meal package that suits your lifestyle, with 7, 14 or 21 meals each week in the College Dining Hall, so you can enjoy the freedom of your own routine while staying connected to College life.
All rooms are located in our purpose-built residential buildings at Curtin University's Bentley Campus, opened in 2022. Designed to the highest standard in collegiate living, our facilities offer a unique blend of independence and community.
How are rooms allocated?
Room allocations are managed by senior staff and consider availability, year level, academic needs and community balance. Accessible rooms are available.
