Community RA Profile Hope Sortras

Hope has been a resident at the College for one year and is in her second year of a Biomedical Science undergraduate degree at The University of Western Australia. Last year, Hope was a fresher resident and this year, she is our Community RA.

Her favourite place to study is the Libraries at UWA or in the Dandjoo Room. Her favourite place to enjoy a smoothie is Boubar; St Cat’s residents also have a 10% discount!

Hope’s favourite memory at St Cat’s was Commencement and Valedictory Dinners because it’s always a great night to get dressed up and enjoy a meal with all your friends.

She applied to become an RA to help raise money for charities that can help us as much as we help them!

Hope’s advice to incoming freshers is to join in as many activities as you can.
