Sports RA Profile Max Shervington

Max has been a resident at College for one year and is in his second year of a Batchelor of Philosophy Engineering Undergraduate Degree at the University of Western Australia. Last year, Max was a fresher resident and this year he is one of our Sports RA’s.

His favourite place to study is at the Learning Centre in the morning because it is a nice quiet place to study. His favourite place to get a coffee with friends is Hacket Cafe, Boubar, Lawleys cafe and Varsirty are just some of his favourites.

Max’s favourite memory at St Cat’s was the Sports Dinner last year because he said, “it was a fun event to celebrate our sports achievements of winning the sports cup!”

He applied to become an RA because he really wants to help the college do well in sports this year.

Max’s advice to incoming freshers is to get super involved in College life because otherwise you will look back at the end of the year wishing you did.
