Our Premium Single Rooms offer a warm and welcoming space, perfect for first-year undergraduates, international, study abroad and exchange students. With 21 meals a week in the Dining Hall and access to a vibrant residential community, you’ll feel connected from day one.
Your room, your space
Each Premium Single Room is newly renovated, generously sized and semi-furnished with a single bed, study desk, shelving and built-in storage. Reverse cycle air conditioning keeps your space comfortable year-round, and secure entry plus wired and wireless internet provide peace of mind.
Rooms are professionally cleaned each week, with communal areas serviced daily. Just bring your linen and a few personal touches to make your room feel like home.

These rooms are located in our original College buildings, established in 1960 through the vision and dedication of the Women’s College Fund Committee. Purpose-built to support your university transition, they offer an ideal setting for connection, where corridor conversations and shared experiences quickly become lasting friendships.
How are rooms allocated?
Premium Single Rooms are primarily for students who are in their first year at university as well as all international, study abroad and exchange students.
The senior staff are responsible for the allocation of rooms. A variety of factors will be taken into account when placing residents in accommodation areas. These include availability, seniority, academic needs and community considerations.
