Value-Packed rent

All your utilities included in your rent; that’s 3 x meals a day (depending on room), water, electricity, gas and internet.  

Sport & Fitness

Stay fit by taking advantage of a free gym membership. Plus join any of our 20 sports.

Wi-Fi

WiFi is available throughout the College. Stay connected throughout your studies.

3 meals a day

Rumour has it that we have the best all-you-can-eat-buffet style food. You can select 3 meals a day to your package.


Fully furnished rooms

All bedrooms are fully furnished. You need only bring linen and whatever you want to make your room feel like home.

Academic Program

World-class tutorial program offering weekly tutorials across a wide range of subjects, expert-led masterclasses and assistance with navigating university administration.

Room cleaning

Your room will be professionally cleaned once a week. All common areas are cleaned daily.

Art & music

Join music tutorials, art classes and live events. We provide an environment where all artistic tastes, interests and abilities are embraced.


Health & wellbeing

Our dedicated staff and programs will ensure your physical and mental health is well looked after.

We have plenty of washers and dryers on-site for your laundry. You will need to buy tokens to use as needed.

24-hour support

Our residential advisors are available 24 hours a day; dedicated to help and support your time at St Cat’s.

Maintenance

Have the peace of mind knowing that if anything ever malfunctions, we’ll fix it.

Security

Your safety is our number one priority. You’ll have a personal access card for our buildings and your room. We also have CCTV throughout the building.


Micro-theatre

A massive screen and cinema couches – you can watch your favourite show on the big screen with your mates.

Post & parcels service

Staff at reception will take delivery of parcels and sign for items if you are out.

Shared kitchen

Although you get 3 x meals a day, you’ll also have access to a shared kitchen if you wish to cook up a storm.

Private study rooms

Dedicated study areas include private study rooms on every floor and group study rooms dotted about the College, including two large, contemporary study centres.


Break-out spaces

In every accommodation wing there is a casual breakout space so you can hang out with friends.

Games room

Well equipped with tv and sound, relax with friends and play pool, table tennis, fuse ball, table hockey or board games.

Computer lab

We encourage a paperless environment, but if you need a hard copy there are printers dotted about the College and linked to your personal smart-card.


Courtyards

You’ll find spaces to sit and think or places to kick a footy. Fountains splash in some courtyards, a BBQ sizzles in another.

Rooftop gardens

We’re lucky enough to have not one, but four rooftop gardens used throughout the year for small group gatherings and larger social events.

We have clubs and societies to suit every interest – or you can start your own.


Welcome Week

A week-long orientation to help you, as a new resident, settle comfortably into your new home.

Cultural space

The Dandjoo Darbalung Centre provides an exquisite meeting place for students to study and connect culturally. We provide a dedicated support program for Indigenous students and many opportunities for all students to discover and celebrate cultural diversity.

Parking

Parking is extremely limited at all the Colleges. Prior to moving in, new residents will be sent an email link to apply for a parking permit.

Parking Permits are awarded based on the date of application, without exception. Once you receive the application link, make sure you submit your application without delay.

All unsuccessful applications remain on the waitlist pending cancellation by another resident.
